We enhance balance and body awareness while also sharpening cognitive function through coordination exercises. Participation is encouraged whether seated or using a walker.
The course is designed for seniors and individuals seeking to assist their loved ones in achieving greater stability and reducing falls.

Fall prevention for seniors

Balance, stability, good reaction skills and everyday movements are the topics of this course.
Participation is also welcome while sitting or with a walker.
The course is aimed at seniors as well as anyone who wants to support their family members on the path to greater safety and fewer falls.
