Finding stillness together.
In meditation, we look inwards, find peace and cultivate a positive relationship with our thoughts and feelings. We get to know different methods of using the breath to positively influence our well-being and energy levels. We are delighted that Moritz is back after his summer break.
No experience is necessary, everyone is welcome without registration.
