Mindful cooking with all the senses – saving and fully utilizing food.
The focus is on intuitive cooking with rescued ingredients. No pre-set recipes are used. Together with Gisela, the group will explore which vegetables are left over and create delicious meals. The activity encourages mindful cooking and engages all the senses.
Küchenglück will be held once a month on a Saturday during winter.
Meeting schedule: October 19, November 16, December 14.
Cooking group: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Registration required kontakt@praxis-wiesengrund.de). Shared Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (No registration needed).
