Telephone help for senior citizens

For people over 65, it is important to maintain social contacts and have someone to talk to. To prevent the feeling of loneliness increasing in old age, "Silbernetz" offers an open ear to anyone aged 60 and over every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the free number 0800 4 70 80 90. Telefon-Engel: 089 189 100 26
Volunteers, the "Telefon-Engel", are available on the free telephone number 089 189 100 26 to talk to senior citizens to combat loneliness. The hotline is manned seven days a week from 08.00 to 22.00. More information at www.retla.org
Hotline for children and young people
Number against grief: 116 111
Whether it's a dispute with parents and siblings or a feeling of loneliness, children and young people can find advice, help, comfort and support by calling the free "Number against grief" 116 111. Calls are answered anonymously and free of charge from Monday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The counselling services offered by Wildwasser e. V. are aimed at girls and adult women who were exposed to sexualized violence as girls or adolescents. Mothers, fathers and other parents can contact the free "parents' hotline" with questions and problems. They can call 0800 111 0 550 for qualified advice, anonymously and free of charge from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00.

The "care hotline" is available Monday to Thursday between 9:00 and 18:00. Telephone consultations are anonymous and confidential. The aim is to offer relatives concrete help for their individual situation. The experts are also happy to provide information about other advice and support services in your area.

The care support centers provide advice on all questions relating to care in Berlin. On request, they also provide practical support, arrange and coordinate the necessary support services, clarify funding and help with applications. The hotline 0800 59 500 59 is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. On-site consultations are also possible at the district care support centers.

Personal and telephone counseling and crisis intervention for women who have been raped or sexually harassed, e-mail counseling, short-term therapy, groups, legal advice, support during reporting and legal proceedings.
