Do you have sports exercises that you want to or should do regularly at home, but can't motivate yourself to do them alone? Then come to our open group for women (non-smokers) and join us to outwit the exercise hog. It's easier to get motivated together.

In meditation, we look inwards, find peace and cultivate a positive relationship with our thoughts and feelings.
